We avoided the locals night and ended up with great meal that was affordable. The service was good and so was their beers. I especially like their take on an old ale called Outback. Good place, stop in.
Can't get a better location to take in the local culture and have a hand crafted delight in CO. Was able to get a table outside with my friends and enjoyed the great selection of beers as we all like different types. Being able to sit by the river on a warm summer night was just what we had been seeking and BBC didn't disappoint. Great people, service and beer.
Been Here a few times, and really love it. All the beer is great! Food was good but thought portions were a little small. Service has been a little slow but better that Deschutes or McMenamins. Always stop there when I get to bend from the valley.
We thought this place was awful. We went for locals night during happy hour and had horrible service and the hostess at front was really rude. We ordered the nachos and artichoke dip and thought both were not great. The next day all four of us had food poisoning from the nachos....We will never go back again. I guess they do not prepare their food fresh and leave toppings sitting out....
Usually this place is good but last night was a terrible experience. We had 7 adults and one baby but we were sat at a very small table. When the table cleared next to us we asked if we could combine the 2 and get more space. We were told NO. Not once during the night did they actually fill all of their tables either. The service was subpar. The waitress rarely came back and was not overly friendly and to top it off they tacked on an 18% gratuity for parties of 6 or more. I have no problem paying 20% for good service, 15% for average service but this was crappy service that didn't deserve 10%! I will not go back any time soon.
With their sampler you get to try all of offerings for a buck a piece 10 for 10 and the beer was well made.I really liked the pils, the person helping told us they just won an award for it.
All the other beers were very good I recommend the ipa , it was my favorite. I ordered the fish and chips, nothing special normal pub food.
The beers get 5 stars.
All will know me who works and owns that company.
DO NOT EAT HERE. I cracked a tooth from an olive pit in the sandwich I ordered. not once but TWICE. Absolutely RUDE owners and managers whose names will not be mentioned. Cracked tooth needed repaired which they did not pay for. However the waitress was kind enough.
If a $150 tooth repair is worth a free glass of beer you may like it here. I have no nice words toward the ownership.
Sit outside by the river and enjoy a mix of great bar food or gourmet entres. The beer rivals Deschutes and you can always have your growler filled at the bar. Some of the best seasonals, especially when they have a barley wine in stock. Great place for family, friends, and everything in-between.
