Greenleaf Restaurant, Ashland

My parents and I go on an annual trip to Ashland and this is the one staple of every visit. Everything on the menu is delicious and fresh, the staff is efficient and incredibly friendly, and even during the rush, the wait never seems long. One of our all-time favorite restaurants!

One of my favorite little restaurants. Love the Feta Cheese Pate. A must if you like feta. Great lunches and dinners at an affordable price. Not sure about breakfast but i'll definitely be trying it sometime soon as every meal i've had here has been great.

Nice restaurant near the Shakespeare Festival, and one of the few open on Sundays after matinees. Vegetarian-friendly (although meat is available), and willing to cater to special needs because of food allergies etc. A nice place!

The food was great and the staff friendly. Inviting, laid back atmosphere. Close to shopping, Lithia Park, and the Shakespeare Festival. We tried Greenleaf for the first time during our last visit and returned several times while in town, ordering a range of food from the menu and found everything to be consistently good.

I only go to Ashland on occasion, and i always try new places to eat, which is never a problem because it seems like restaurants are always changing there. Someplace I had never been was greenleaf. I was surprized to find they have been there for 20-something years! I couldn't believe I had never been in there and now it's definitly a favorite. Thier food is really reasonably priced and the menu clearly says what is in all their dishes, which I really liked. They had eveything from full entrees to sandwiches and fries. I really liked thier 'pasta' 'rice' and 'spuds' page of their menu... I had no idea that such simple items could be made in so many ways! (Mushroom Spud, Bacon and Cheese Spud, Prima Spud... amazing!) I would highly recommend this restaurant!

I frequent Greenleaf because of it's convience right downtown on plaza. I am always immediately greeted by a friendly hello and seated quickly... My favorite is upstairs overlooking Ashland Creek. Thier Fish and Chips are superb and I like to get it with a side salad. Most of their food comes vegetarian and you can add salmon or chicken, which I think is a really smart way to provide the customer with exactly what they want. Always a great experience! PROS: Outdoor seating, great salads CONS: No traditional hamburgers!
