Ring of Fire Rstrnt & Catering, Eugene

I LOVE this place. As a starving student, I cant afford to go out much, but every time I go here I am blown away by their service. They always treat me like I am somebody important, not like a broke student. The luxerious setting makes me feel rich for an hour or so, and the food...ah, its like heaven. I love the appetizers, and the asian rice with plum sauce drizzled over it is sublime. Their drinks are tasty as well, but for a real treat order some of their homeade coconut ice cream, heavenly. I am impatiently awaiting another opportunity to sample thier fine culinery delights. If you havent tried them yet, you are missing out. Did I mention the fine waitstaff, they are attractive yes, but more than just pretty faces. They are the epitome of perfect as far as doing their job well, professional, courteous, punctual, friendly, and knowledgable. These folks are trained well.

nice place, good food like the drunken noodles, but be prepared - they are delicious but very hot. excellent margaritas! a little spendy!
