In the 30 year of marriage we have never experienced such a great dinner and evening. My wife had crab cakes and I had Tuna Tartare. We have had this in may restaurants over the year but never experieced such a great taste and texture. We then had the Halibut and the sea scallops. Again the Haibut was perfect, tender, flavorful, and moist. the flavor in the sauce was buttery and at the same time the fruit flavor came thru. We finished off with the Creme Brulee, creamy and again perfect. I had the cobbler with home made IceCream. The freshished fruit I every had. An incretaible evening.
