I have been to putters in the past, my children have enjoyed themselves. They have a small indoor miniature golf coarse a few arcade games. I thought that it woudl be an allright place for me to have my son's next Birthday at I called to check on prices and got transfered four times and still no one knew what they where talking about... needless to say with that one phone call they lost my business, and everyone elses business I manage to tell about it via this, or other wise. Maybe they should spend a lil more time training their employees on the services they offer at their establishment.
They hosted the entire USMC Engineer Batallion Company A and their families today and it was fabulous! There were a LOT of us, and they kept the pizza and munchies coming. There was something for everyone to do, and after recently returning from Afghanistan, the Marines had a ball with the Lazer tag.
The pizza was hot and delicious. I'm used to gourmet pizza and I was not disappointed. I also had their Bacon Bleu Chicken salad and it was wonderful as well.
I observed Marines' small children having fun as well as Marines' grandmas playing and laughing. I highly recommend Putters for any family or large group gathering.
I first found this place thumbing through the local yellow-pages looking for a place to have my son's first bday. I was happy to learn that it was free to have them RSVP room for a gathering, or a minimal price for one of the private rooms. They have a fun mini-golf course, a decent sized arcade, a small play area, and even a pool game-room. Something for every age - which appealed to me.
Seeing as it is a min-wage job, most of the employees weren't sure if they were coming or going, but they did get the job done!
I was so happy with the party and how much fun everyone had, I RSVP'd a room ($10.00) for a surprise party for my hubby's bday - also a big hit.
This month we are having a get-together with other parents of children the same age as our son.
Overall - not the ritz, but better then Papa's Pizza as a get-together place because there is more space, a wider range of activities for all age-ranges, and less crowds. I strongly recommend you consider this when you next have to endure a pizza party get-together!

Well, it is now time for my oldest son's 3rd birthday, and I just booked a room at Putters... again. It's a value that can't be beat - There is enough space for my rather large family - We are in AC during the heat of July - There are activities for all ages - And, best of all, I don't have to do the clean up!!! My youngest will be turning 1 this fall, and I will probably book his party there also.
If you need a place with plenty of room, activities for all ages, and that is a great value - This is your place!
I don't know about the mini-golf or games, but we LOVE THIER PIZZA and we get it about every couple of weeks. On Wednesday's they have $5 off their largest pizza. I don't know what they do to thier pepperoni pizza, but their pepperoni is crispy and not greasy.
Try it out, its great and fast!
This is a place for kids of all ages. Paige at just turned 6 and grandma at just going to be 77 had a good time golfing. So did us inbetween. Pizza was much more than I expected. Nice pool tables, arcade games, and those kids cage full of ball thing. Next to the bowling ally and a sports bar for the sporting crowd.
We are so sick of the rain, but Putters helps us get over it. It's the place where we can get pizza, play video games and jump through the play structure. We love it and have a party planned for the end of the month here.
