Great food!
I ordered a tri tip, which is hard to find a good one around town, and I instantly loved it. The food is great, the choice selection for sides and bbq sauces is great, and the employees are friendly. The food can be not cooked enough on ocasion, but they are mostly good temp. I go now about once a week. They are very christian, which means they are not open on sundays. It is a great place for when you and some buddies to go to wind down and chat.
PROS = Decent BBQ, good prices, good location
CONS = Shoddy customer service, rarely get napkins or utencils in your bag with to-go orders, fries can sometimes be soggy
VERY IMPRESSED. The food was good, the little girl took our order and explained how everything works. The cook recommended to try his famous chicken po boy. It was amazing I would go back again.
If you've never had smoked ribs you must try Adam's Ribs Smoke House. The ribs are so tender and juicy, just the way you're hoping it will taste. Great service and nice friendly atmosphere. Very close to the Capitol and courthouse. Another favorite is the Tri Tip, Fries and Gumbo.
