The server ruined everything. Ignorant, rude and racist. Did the server forget unemployment was high,because a lot of other people can do a better job than she did

We consider Any Applebee's to NOT be a source of food. Bad service. High prices.

First time there, bit into a burrito and hit something sharp and hard. It was a PIECE of the edge of the plate. Cut my gum and felt aweful. Sharp pain though out my jaw. When I confronted the waiter, he acted like it was my fault. The chiped plate was a match to the piece I took out of my mouth. They offered to replace the meal. I was about 80% done when it happened. When I said I didnt want another meal, they told me they would give me a free drink. I left my name and number for the manager and said they would be hearing from me. 4 days later their attorney called wanting to know how we could settle this matter. I could have gotten much much more than what I asked for. I asked to have my entire meal and party's meal paid for that day. They did that and threw in an extra $50 bucks. Been back once since then and ate VERY SLOW!
