Evergreen Indian Restaurant, Corvallis

When this restaurant opened in Corvallis, it greatly enhanced the local restaurant scene. It is the first and still the only Indian restaurant in town. The lunch buffet is great. My favorite dinner choice is the Vegetarian Thali Dinner with Sag Paneer (creamed spinach with cheese cubes). It is well situated in the heart of downtown. It is a popular place and can be crowded and noisy, so I tend to go at odd times.

The best dish in my opinion. Also, their lunch buffet to go is easily the best deal in town. $6 for about 2 lbs of food + nan.

Oh my god. This is the most amazing and best restaurant in corvallis.. The food is flavorful and never fatty or oily. the atmosphere is only topped by the staff. great food, friendly staff, Best place in corvallis.

This is excellent tandoori chicken. I do plan to keep going back and try some of the other entrees. I just ordered take out, but was extremely impressed with the large portion and quality of the food for less than 10 dollars.
