God I miss their soup...

The only thing I miss about living in Portland is my frequent trips here for some of the BEST soup I have ever tasted. The Hungarian mushroom soup is out of this world, and with your soup you get to fill up at the bread bar. Several different kinds of rolls, crackers, even rice crackers, all compliment the soups flavor, while also helping you fill your tummy for a reasonable price. The staff is wonderful, they had me feeling like family from the very first visit. They also have some tasty sandwhiches, the rosemary chicken was always a favorite of mine. Another fine feature was the separate kids play area. I think this is something more restaurants should employ. This serves to give the weary parents a much needed break while they enjoy some adult time, wound up kids a chance to play and relax, and those of us without kids a pleasant eating experience without the usual whining from that kid right behind you who wont stop kicking the back of the booth. Ahhh, for a family eating experience we all can enjoy, this restaurant has the highest marks from me, and forever a place in my heart. That's it I am buying a train ticket to Portland, it has been far too long since I had me some of that delicious soup.
