has a beautiful panoramic view of portland even when it's raining. the food is amazing. not too expensive. great for a romantic date, or just lunch with a friend. the french fries are to DIE for. great sushi as well!
The feel of the resaurant with the amazing view of Portland wherever you go, the dark atmosphere and the service pull together for one amazing and romantic experience. This will be something special that you will want to come back to on a regular basis to enjpy with you significant other. Desserts are a plus, but call ahead of time on the weekends as it usually is quite busy.
Not a large selection of food and it is prepared quality over quantity. The views are breathtaking and you definately have to experience it. If you have a large appetite you should eat before going. Great place to take a date!
