We thought it needed PR when we first went but not so! Become a regular--the food is worth it, believe me!—and it will be more like going home. A great restaurant for regular diners; we are there at least once a week. It s more like going home: they don t fawn all over you, are happy to see you back, and provide good fresh food!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great food and that's the ONLY reason I go back, but it's still LAST on my list of places to go. Desperately in need of some PR Skills at the front! Will not refer people there because this and it's to bad because the food is really, really good!

I absolutely love this place. When i used to work at the factory outlet mall near by, we woudl order our food and in less thatn 20 minutes it was ready for us to pick up. They have great food, great service and great prices. Its by far my favorite chinese food place in town. Although I no longer work in troutdale, i still will make the treck from portland to get their crab puffs. YUMO

Best General Tso's I've ever found. And believe me, I know my Tso.

This is the best Chinese food in the Portland Metro area hands down. I have lived all over the world and when I came back to Portland I was highly disappointed in the Chinese food in this town until I found Taste Of The Village. I have never had a bad meal there and do not eat Chinese food anywhere else.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. Everything I have ever tried has been excellent. My usual order consists of vegetable fried rice, vegetable egg foo young, spring rolls, chicken lo mein. I have always been more than pleased. I have recommended Taste of Village, and I would recommend it again. Yummy :-)

THE FOOD IN THIS PLACE SUCK BIG TIME!. THE RICE TASTED LIKE OLD BURN CARDBOARD,THE PORK WAS DRY WITHOUT TASTE AND VERY VERY COLD, THE CASHIER TOLD ME THE FOOD IS PRE-COOKED AND RE-HEATED,THERE WAS HAIRS ON THE FOOD! THE SESAME CHICKEN WAS DRIED LIKE OLD MEATBALLS,AND PRETTY PRICY AS WELL! FOOD COULNT BE PREPAIRED TO THE WAY DESIRED SINCE IT IS PRE MADE AND ALL THEY DO IS RE-HEATED! TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!
