horrible customer service over the phone

I had a sick child and needed a good thermometer. I called walmart and was put on hold over and over. It was a Friday night and by the 3rd time I called back, I basically told off the manager and said 'look, I have a very sick child and need a certain type of thermometer, and I've been on hold for nearly 20 mintues with no help'. Finally, the manager got some guy on the phone who was actually pretty helpful. He first looked in the baby dept for the item, then he double checked the pharmacy, and that's where he found what I was looking for.
