This place microwave's almost all of their food dishes.
You can see all of their microwaves in the kitchen. As I was sitting in the waiting room for a table, I was able to see into their kitchen. I counted about 6 or 7 microwaves in there. They had one small grill and stove which they were not using at all. I sat and watched the guys in the kitchen for about 20 minutes while waiting for a table. They had all of the food pre-made sort of like a school cafeteria where they just throw it together. They would put everything on the plate and then microwave every dish for a total of 2 minutes on which I saw was High Power.
Their food is not good at all. It tastes like it has been microwaved, and you can tell because all of the cheese that they put on top of the burritos is thoroughly melted. You can see all of the microwaves they have in their kitchen when you walk past the bar area to go sit down. The inside of this place is pretty grungy and dirty looking also.
Their chips and salsa weren't even good. Please, I recommend you do not go to this place. Juan Colorado and On The Border are even better than this place and they are huge chains!
Pros: The rice and beans are okay.
Cons: Microwaved food, bad menu selection, bad margarita's, bad chips & salsa, dirty & grungy.
