Be careful!! The waiters here will short change you!

it wasn't That good. stay away from the shepard's pie but get the sampler for an appetizer. for a family of 4 that was enough to fill us all!!! We ate there twice our last time in hawaii and the first time was awful but the sewcond time was an average rating. I think That Houlihan's and Friday's is are the same kind of restaurant as Cheesecake

First of all let me tell you that the wait is worth it. Book a table if you can but if you just turn up expect to wait 1/2h to 1h wait my thinking is that if people are waiting outside that long it must be good AND IT IS. We came from sydney and we ate their about 3 times with our family every meal we had was wonderful. you could share the pasta dishes as they are that big.i started my pasta only to get about 1/4 way through and they had realized that it was the wrong meal so they replaced it with a new dish i was so full from the first that they packed it up to take away. drinks are big, everything was upsized to what we are used to. the only thing that i could say bad was it got a bit noisy but it was ok. service is wonderful i would recomend going BE PACIEND IT IS WORHT THE WAIT PS THE CHEESE CAKES ARE MMMMMMMMMMM

this was the first time i've been to cheesecake...i was pretty suprised that there was no wait for a table...and that they staff is knowledgeable about the food...the service was alright though...app came out quick...entree was a lag...manager came to our table said my order was overcooked...so 7-8 minutes more...no big deal...just felt like the server forgot to punch it in or something...so the salads must have been sitting there on the line for a while....whatevers....overall...a very good experience!!

I went with my family during vacation and from beginning to end it was a bad experience. First they said it would be a 20 minute wait which turned into like 40 minutes. Then we order the fish of the day and go figure they were out and it's only lunch time. Last but no least the waitress makes a mistake on our drink order and of politeness we accept it since they'll have to dump it anyway and then the bill comes and they charged us for it. When we complained to the waitress, she said she couldn't do anything about it that it was up to her manager. Well he just proved he doesn't know how to manage. I would have come back but not after his lack of customer service.

Even though this is a major chain restaurant, it has a slight touch of Hawaii with it's open area to eat. Food is good but predictable if you've been to any other Cheesecake Factory. The wait time is at least 30 min, as is at all other Cheesecake Factories. If you've never been to one, then here's your chance. However, if you're in Hawaii, why go to a chain restaurant? Enjoy the local flavor if possible instead.

sadly, on our visit to honolulu, my husband and i ate at the cheescake factory twice b/c we couldn't find any other restaurants that were reasonably priced . it is good, but we are more for trying local cuisine when on vacation. dessert is always good there, but i don't reccomend eating any salmon from there. Not fresh and tasted like it died a long time before they cooked it.

We had lunch here one day, too full for desert. Ended up going past there another day, very busy, (long line up, about an hour to wait for a table!), so we decided to get two pieces of cheesecake to take back to the hotel. A little pricey, but when on vacation, a little indulgence is ok.

I might just be biased but I have tried other places that brag about their mojitos, but in my opinion The Cheesecake Factory has THE BEST MOJITOS IN THE WORLD!!!!
