LA Mer, Honolulu

I've celebrated my 16th, 18th and 19th birthday at La Mer and also celebrated my grandmother's 80th birthday. Every time we go on a vacation to Hawaii, it's for someone's birthday but for myself, it's a place filled with memories. La Mer is the last place I celebrated my birthday with my grandfather before he past away (we were extremly close), La Mer was the first place my first boyfriend took me for my birthday, La Mer was the place where my grandmother purpusly came to Hawaii to celebrate her 80th birthday with her only 2 grandchildren and every time the survice and the food was excellent! One thing I was surprised about La Mer was that when my boyfriend and I were there, we were young but never treated us diffrently...the staffs made us feel so comfortable and welcomed and we were so pleased! The strawberry shortcake is out of this world, we always order the whole cake :) Thank you so much for all the beautiful memories!
