For all of the Chinese restaurant i went before in Hawaii, I think it's the best Chinese seafood restaurant. Not only the food is good, also, the service. They have so many servicer and the manager walking around to help me and my girlfriend. Also the ambiance was very good. yea, that night was the night that i ask her out and after the nice dinner, i did it. ^_^ kind of thanks to the waiter, cause he was so nice. Although the value is not too big, but it would be enough for us.
Of all the Asian restaurants in Honolulu, this is by far the best. The quality of the food, especially the potstickers is awesome. I came across this review when I was looking for the address of this restaurant to tell a friend going to Hawaii. Thought I should share.
If you think that last reveiw was something, wait until you here what I have to say. Make sure you are very clear on the menu and to prevent the same thing from happening to you I will tell you when they say set menu that still means each person has to pay. It say $36 per person and under that it says for 2-3 people so you go on thinking for $36 this will be enough for 2-3 people but that is wrong. This means you can not oder from this menu for yourself, it has to be 2-3 people in order to place the oder from the set menu. We were odering all kind of drinks thinking our bill would be a few bucks. Our bill total was $120. Leason well learned. We now know what SET MENU means:) Hope this helps, o did I mention that the food was incrediable, well worth it when you know what to expect. Not for people on a budget so you betta have some dough before you go.
We chose one of the specials on the menu which was 39.99 per person. I almost fell off my chair when the bill arrived totalling $96.00 which also included a 15% tip. Although the service was okay (too many waiters bringing the food to the table) the amount of food we got was a joke. I was still very hungry when my wife and I left the place. We were in shock because what they brought to the table was several (maybe 6) small plates of little finger appetizers. I'm still sick to my stomach when I think about it. It was the biggest rip off. Do yourself a favor and go to a regular Chinese Restaurant.
