Pizza Hut, Kapolei

I love pizza hut! There pizza is awsome i would recomend the LARGE PAN CRUST HALF GARDEN CHICKEN(chicken , mushroom, garlic, spinach) HALF MEAT LOVERS( pep, itl saus, ham, bac, beef, pork topping) this pizza with lite sauce and a ten piece garlic parmesan wing, with a ten piece buffalo mild wings and four ranch dips! Mmmm mmm mmm mmmmmm good. Can't get any better than deep dish pan pizza from pizza hit:) I recommend this pizza hut. Its.really good

One star is even too much for this place. We were sat and waited ten minutes without being greeted. It wasn't even busy and now I know why. Terrible service. We walked out because we saw several tables get sat after us and a waitress speedily greeted all of them and got their orders. We still waited: 20 minutes total without even being greeted. We came to the conclusion that their lack of hospitality is due to their prejudice opinions about our ethnicity. WON'T EVER BE GOING BACK!

Lunch Buffet was not worth the price at all. It really was nasty

pizza sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not go to the buffet here!!!!! i can't believe that the waiter asked me how everything was, i wanted to punch his face because i'm sure that he knew everything sucked.i asked him if they could put more pepperoni on the line and he said ok. 30 min later we left with no new pizza. we left angry and pissed off. It was a big waste of money for 3 of us. customers should just go to boston's at the other side of the shopping center. WARNING!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! To the waiter.... youre lucky i didnt smash your face in.

I phoned in the order and the person was very friendly and helpful. I went to pick the pizzas up at Kapolei Shapping Center and they were busy as usual, but they were friendly and had my order correct and on time. The entire restaurant was seemingly filled with satified customers.

Ordered a pizza from them three times... I guess I am a glutton for punishment.. All three deliveries I had to call them back two hours after I ordered them becuase I still hadn't recieved my pizza's Every time I called back they used the excuse that they had the wrong credit card information. Everytime I ordered from them I made them repeat the credit card info back to me twice. They never called me back to verify the card information nor did they let me know they weren't going to deliver the pizzas until I called. After waiting the extended period of time...the pizzas I recieved upon delivery were cold and clammy... I was luaghed at over the phone when I made my complaints Only the third time were they even apologetic... Serious managment issues as well as incompetent employees... Too bad they are the only pizza hut in the area. Go with Papa Johns or Boston's ..they have much better service
