Room Service in Paradise Incorporated, Honolulu

My friend had a menu book from this place and they deliver for about 40 places (like KFC, Chart House, Antonio's, Sam Choy's). We ordered from two different places and they delivered the food. It took about an hour but for them to run to 2 restaurants and then to us, it sure was worth it! The employee arrived with hot food kept hot, the salads and cold things were cold and their employee explained every container and what each item was! There was ketchup and all kinds of condiments in the bag, we had to ask for nothing. The employee even offered to stick around while we checked our order out! Talk about service. The people on the phone are very customer oriented, especially for people like me who had no clue just how to order things from 2 restaurants. They were patient, understanding and very attentive to our needs. We had a courtesy phone call that told us our food had just left the second restaurant so we were not left waiting and wondering where our dinners were! Great service and they only charge a $5.99 fee for delivery. Our dinner was cheap compared to paying for the gas and the parking that goes with eating out. The way we did it (by ordering from 2 places) meant each of us was happy and there was no need to compromise since we both got what we wanted! Very good service, kudos to this group of people. The employees we dealt with were professional, friendly and sounded like they were all well educated. How refreshing to have dinner brought to you by people who have some class! It was better than going out to eat and really fast when you consider two stops to get our food and in rush hour traffic no less!
