Excellent meal, service was ok but typically slow at the end

Stopped in to visit with a friend who is a server, so our service was excellent. Good selection of pastas and entrees, at reasonable prices. We found our food to be plain and tasteless. Paesano in Manoa has the same menu, but their food tastes WAY better. We won't go back to Assagio.

I come from an Italian Family and I thought the food here was very good and worth the price.

I had a plate, that was garlic chicken. No flavor except for salty garlic and it was dry. Not worth the price.

I relocated here from NJ/NYC two years ago, so I am accustomed to good Italian food. Assaggio's is the best place I have found so far. The food and service is outstanding! Love the eggplant parm!

Our family ate at Assiaggio's in the Ala Moana shopping center in Honolulu. We're from NJ and of Italian background. We are used to good Italian food and good Italian restaurants. Assiaggio's is absolutely one of the best, if not THE best, Italian restaurants we've ever eaten at. The menu is extensive, food is delicious, portions are generous, service excellent, and price is reasonable for Hawaii. Figure about $35.00 per adult for a full dinner, appetizer to dessert. We liked it so much, we went back a second night. If you are in Oahu, make it a point to eat at Assiaggio's in Ala Moana. You'll absolutely love it!

always a special place for me. was ever more impressed when i saw real Italians enjoying their food w/just plates of food everywhere on their table! now that says alot about this place! ;-)

Myself and 2 friends went there for lunch (my friend needed a carb load before running the marathon.) We ordered an antipasta, 3 main courses, 2 deserts, (plus my 2 glasses of wine) for $80. And 2 of us have lived in Italy so we're very critical of American Italian food...but this food is great! Try it!

This is the worst restaurant i've been to in a while, due to the absolutely horrible service we had. My wife and I felt as if our waiter was rushing us out of the restaurant. and we weren't even there for an hour. The food there was good, and the ambiance is very nice. The service is what ruined it for us.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to around the country, not just on the island. I have honestly never been anywhere this good at these prices, so I can't understand why this is not more highly rated on Yahoo. I know it is on everyone else's list! My husband don't even go anywhere else but here any more.
