Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, Honolulu

I thought it was horrible, the food was either burnt, or dropped into the toilet. I ate there and paid a bundle. I think right when i got home, i puked all over the floor, and had to pay the maid extra money which coused me to go bankrupt there in Honolulu.

The restaurant has a neat ambiance and the food was great.

I have eaten here many times and it has always been super crowded. The space is limited in Ala Moana so I guess that must be the reason things are a little cramped. The food was good, but not remarkable. Dont get me wrong I am not saying you shouldn't go there, it just isn't at the top of my list. Kind of like eating at Denny's. We don't mind eating there but it isn't fine dining.

When I got home I puked the food was sooooooooo bad. THe food was so disgusting! I hated it soo much. There was hair in my food and everything was sooo terrible. The dessert stunk too!

Excellent Food, Excellent People, Excellent Drinks ;) hehe and Excellent ambiance, the place just rocks! hehe If you want a good time and enjoy the movie Forrest Gump check it out ;) a little on the pricy side but SO worth it, try the Dippin Shrimp (somethin like that, w/ spicy bouillon) hehe

may,2011,my family or 6 went there for dinner, services and fods still as good as before, very good and the the price is fair.I notice the business is not as busy as before, may be the Japanese tours is down, anyhow I did not mind because we have better service now. Well definitely be back.

My wife and I ate here back in February 2004 on our first trip to Hawaii. I thought the menu would have been bigger but, for what its worth, i had a good time. The cool thing about this place is that the waiters/waitresses have a contest to see who can answer the most Forrest Gump trivia questions. I won! :o) Didn't get a free meal, though!

We loved Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.!!!!!! The shrimp is great and the service was wonderful. Some of the meals can be a bit pricey (but what isn't in Hawaii?). They will play Forrest Gump Trivia with you which is pretty fun. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of the Ala Moana Shopping Center and we had a little trouble finding it at first. But, it's worth searching. Also, there are some fruit slushie drinks that come in a souvenir glass that will cost you about $7-8. Don't do this unless you just really want that fruit slushie. You can buy the glass in the gift shop for $5. Definitely give this restaurant a try. I think you will love it.

i love the atmosphere. everyone is so friendly and talkative. it was great. my favorite dish is the shrimp etufee. it's the best. and for those who want to enjoy a drink, you can't go wrong with a lava flow. they are so sweet and yummy!
