Worst customer service on the island!! Drove 7 miles to pick up our food and when we got it home, order was wrong. Called to explain and they said that we were not telling the truth, that what we got was what we ordered. After they refused to make the order right, I asked to speak with the owner, and I clearly heard the owner in the background refuse to speak with me (in plain English), and when the employee came back on the phone, she said You really wanna drive 7 miles over 50 cents? . I asked to speak to the owner again, and the employee said the owner doesn t speak good enough English and wouldn t talk to me. After several attempts to get the right order, the employee hung up on me. We used to frequent this L&L often on the weekend for a quick and easy meal, but never again. Besides all of that, the food is usually just ok, and this time, it was down right nasty. Cold, stale fries, overcooked rubbery meat on the burger, and slopped together very hastily. Forget this place!
