Sansei Seafood Restaurant is fancy and upscale in a casual island sort of way - it's the service and attention to detail that are the keynotes here. This restaurant is Hawaii's own wonderful offering of island and Asian fusion cuisine in a style that only islanders can pull off successfully. The Waikiki Marriot setting offers a lovely beachfront location and easy access from anywhere in Waikiki. The menu has a few award winning dishes that include the Panko-Crusted Fresh Ahi Sashimi and Asian Shrimp Cake.
