Fantastic surprise and great for kids!
A local recommended this restaurant and I am profoundly grateful. None of the name, the location, or the decor will prepare you for the amazing flavor and presentation of the food. My wife loved the macadamia-crusted mahi mahi on rice, which was a notch better than at fancier, higher-priced tourist restaurants on the island. My seared black pepper ahi came with a salad dressed with balsamic vinaigrette and both were terrific. The expansive kids menu goes way beyond mac&cheese, offering teriyaki chicken and the best spaghetti with meat sauce my son ever had. They have fresh baked bread and a fine selection of cream pies. I can't wait to go again! I just hope I can find it again, hidden as it is on a narrow alley behind a looming Salvation Army warehouse.
