Just tried it. I had pork adobo and squid. Squid was tough and rubbery, and adobo was dry. Obviously the food had been under the heat lamp way too long - it could have been replaced occasionally, or mixed with a fresh batch. The food display case was stained with food (I hope). Overall, I regret getting take out flip-food from here - for near the price, I could have got a meal at a sit down restaurant in So. Kihei.
I try to back up my fellow pares, but I can only give credit to where it s due.
This place has the best filipino food in the world. But not only filipino food, they have hawaiian food, japanese food and local food. I go there every week and somtimes twice a day. Their prices are reasonable and their portions are amazing. They have filipino products, fresh fish, fresh vegetables, fresh poke and more. I have a friend that chose Philmart to cater his party. He said they set up the food area, break down the food area, provide him with tables, coolers, chairs, and most important they have a lot of Aloha. Thank you again Philmart. Mabuhay
