Wahoo's Seafood Grill & Bar, Kapa'a

Located across the street from the Coconut Marketplace, this stand-alone restaurant is by far one of the best along the Coconut Coast. The setting is tasteful, tropical casual with a generous, free parking lot and attentive service. The menu offers everything from sandwiches to pasta, but it is the fresh fish that excels here. They have the expected mahi and ono, but include more exotic island fish like walu, kampachi and shutome. For those who aren't easily impressed by fish, there are several shellfish and steak options.
