Anyone who's ever grumbled about the lack of late-night eateries on Maui, take heart. This unassuming little cafe stays open till the wee hours on weekends. The food is not what you'd expect from an all-night joint. It's healthy, fresh and varied. While grease junkies can get a hot dog or a pizza melt; healthier folk can order fresh fruit, bagels or jumbo salads. Specialty coffee drinks are also served.
