Description

While a rare and precious commodity in almost any town, the 24-hour restaurant is almost unheard of in Hawai'i. Thank goodness then for Ken's HOP, which not only serves all night long, but is reputed to serve the very best breakfasts on the Island of Hawai'i. It has won a half-dozen people's choice awards in the past few years for service, food quality and all-around excellence. Everything from the famous pancakes to spaghetti to Kalua pig is on the extensive menu. All-you-can-eat specials are featured on Wednesday and Sunday.

We ate at Ken's four times during the week we were there. Open 24/7 go anytime. Waitresses all smile Aloha all the time Fabulous menu. I ate the Pocho Moco. a Hawaiian fav. I love the place Would I go back ? you betcha brudda, no place mo betta.

kens is an AWESOME place to eat..i LOVE it and eat there almost everyday..if u want GREAT service go in and asked to be seated in CHRIS's section and tell em Terri and Dawn sent ya lol

simply this way pancake house is an icon.It is a location where legendary people came to dine.The food is off the hook and filled with ALOHA.In my opinion its the best restaurant in Hilo.I look forward to Ponds Diner and eating there much ALOHA to the owner and the staff

Ken's House of Pancakes is the place to go for breakfast when you're in Hilo. Busy, noisy, big portions. You know the kind.
