The Blue Agave, located in the historic building of Tahoe Inn, has its share of regulars, many of which consider it the best Mexican restaurant in North Lake Tahoe. Open daily for lunch and dinner, this place offers a panoramic view of the lake. Must trys are the shrimp fajitas, carnitas, and seafood quesadillas.
