Located in the Ewa Beach Shopping center along Fort Weaver Road, Shiro's Saimin has been at the same location long before the sugar cane plantations made way for new home developments. The hybrid noodle stand offers a take-out window and a comfortable dining room. The menu includes more than just flavorful noodle soup - everyone comes for the saimin . The broth is made carefully to be extra flavorful, the noodles are fresh and not soggy, and the toppings are almost everything and anything you want. Make it a wun tun mein for a classic bowl that's an island favorite or a simple char siu bowl if you're a beginner. - Lottie Tagupa

Kid friendly. friendly service, happy to explain things if you need help with the menu.
