The Driftwood Cafe is a true acoemom & popac business. Bud and Michelle Hillman have been the owner/operators of the cafe since 1999. Together they have more than 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry (yikes!). Chances are that anytime you stop by the cafe you will see Bud or Michelle waiting tables, helping customers, or generally getting in the way of all the great staff.
