Located in the Pearl City region of Honolulu, this upscale coffee shop evidences some Hawaiian and Asian influences. In addition to standard American fare such as burgers, sandwiches and entrees, you can order a first-class bowl of Saimin. For omelet lovers there are more than a hundred varieties to choose from. Fresh strawberry pie and hot fudge sundaes are two dessert items that definitely hit the spot. You can also grab a drink at the bar downstairs.
I have no idea what some of the others are talkin about but the food was good. We just moved here and that is one of the better places to dine. My family enjoyed the atmosphere and the Pies WOW. Even if not for dinner my wife and I will return for desert and a cup of coffee regularly.
I went here twice. I first time I ordered a burger. It was pink and had a long black hair in it. The second time, i ordered the spaghetti, it tasted like noodles with specks of beef and a big can of tomato paste. I NEVER went back ever. But the restaraunt underneath is good, bravo's.
I ate there last week late night....and in the morning i had diareha.....its one week later and i still have diareha,,,not only me...but my two other friends also had diareha....my friends are cool now...however i have an appointment with the doctor today....i'lll keep you all update....
Its a good place to eat, not a five star restaurant (their not promoting it to be one), reasonable prices, and most of all people are still packing the place. If you can't handle the wait, then I suggest going somewhere else instead of complaining.
i loved the pot pie and turkey melt. plus the strawberry pie. i didnt how ever like the dust on the vents or lights its open 24 hrs a day but they should set aside some time to clean the dinning room better
My hubby was stationed in Hawaii for 3 yrs and we discovered Anna Miller's one morning. I recommend the fried rice ommelette. So yummy I joke with my husband that he needs to fly back to the island to get me one.
My family and I are stationed here. My daughter suggested that we visit Anna miller because her local friends suggested it to her. I tried it and I lliked it. Today, my son and I went there for breakfast after church. I ordered hash browns, scrambled eggs with cheese, mushrooms and peppers and a waffle. The waffle was cooked to perfection. I received an omlette instead of scrambled eggs but that was okay. My son ordered toast with berries and creme on the side and bacon. My only complaint was that the bacon came several minutes after the other items and it was not even warm. I always leave a tip however, today was the first day that I did not. Tammie was our server and her service was awful. She took our order and she served us syrup from the next table over and did not bother to wipe off the jars. We noticed how well the other waitress was that was next to our table, her name was Cincia. She seemed to be very courteous to her customers and we noticed that everytime a customer left she replaced the syrup bottles with cleaned bottles for the next customer. Food was delicious, just make sure you have a good waitress
