My Family and I really enjoy going to Sizzler's every Friday as a treat for Ono grinds and what terrific group of people who work so hard to take care of the customers. I just want them to know we really appreciate all their hard work and smiles Mahalo for your un-ending service.
Went for breakfast yesterday. Cashier was very helpful and waiter (Romeo) service was beyond expectations. Later we met another wonderful waitress whose name was kitty and discovered she was the Manager.
I have always believed in employee's behavior and attitude is result and reflection of Management. Comparison of Aiea Sizzler vs Dillingham is like night and day.
Last night my fiancé and I ate at sizzler. We got this one lady waiteress who flat out acted as if I (the woman) was not there, and paid good attention to my fiancé (guess she thought that the man was going to be the one to tip her). Me and my fiancé had both ordered the salad bar, but when we had no more plates left on our table for the salad bar the first time around she only brought out 1 plate, instead of two, and said here you go sir, you can go get more from our salad bar. Everytime she came over to ask us how our meal was she always looked at my fiancé and said how are you doing sir, never looking at me or asking how are you doing ma'am. When my soda glass was empty I saw her walking to her station (which was right by our table) I saw her looking right at my empty glass. And she walked to our table twice, never once offering to get me more soda (but when my MAN needed more soda, she brought it out to him when his glass still had a little bit of soda left) I had to get out of my seat and go to the front where you place your order for your food to ask for a refill on my soda. And I was not the only chick being ignored there by her, my fiancé notieced that at the other tables she was only paying attention to the guys and not the gals. Well, since I was nonexistent to her, then my money was nonexistent too, I did not leave her a tip, nothing, not even a penny.
