Any Chili's but Kapolei

My boys love Chilis and have gone to most on Oahu. I have to say this was bad. The food always tastes the same, which isnt a bad thing. But the food comes cold alot. Once I even had half frozen corn on the cobb. I thought it was a joke. And the service has never been great. I would go to any other Chili's on Oahu but this one again. I think 3 times with the same bad service is more than enough for me. Should have learned earlier. Thats my bad.
