LA Mexicana Incorporated, Kings Beach

I've eaten here 33 times, and I keep forgetting to order something other than the Carne Asada burrito. Actually, one time I did order a chile relleno (which was in fact, the single best relleno I've had *outside* of New Mexico) but still, my heart did not love the relleno. No! My heart was preoccupied with the Carne Asada... so spicy and so flavorful. And unusually tender for asada. Just excellent! During the summer, there are tables available outside, but as an FYI there's not a ton of seating - so either go at an off-peak time, or be prepared to order your meal to go. Luckily, Kings Beach state park is only about 2 blocks away. Please mark this review helpful!
