Description

Nestled right in the middle of Kona coffee country, you can expect not only glorious views but some of the best coffee in the world. The view from the patio seating gazes down the 1,400 foot mountain to 26 miles of ocean coastline, with avocado trees and beautiful flowers framing the shot. They boast home-baked pies, pastries, breads, and their cinnamon rolls are big enough for sharing. The coffee and espresso drinks are of course delightful, and if you fall in love with it you can take some home or order more by phone through their website. - Nora Dunn

Went to coffee shack for a sweet roll and coffee. Sweet roll was really good but the coffee isn't good. They get know coffee seconds.

So...after a half day at a lovely beach, whose location I will keep secret, this place was highly recommended by someone from the beach. We had a great lunch, totally enjoyed the garden and gecko activity. It's a wonderful place to take a break from the fabulous Ahi available on the island, and just enjoy the Rueben. Also recommended is the Lilikoi Cheescake...not a true cheesecase, more of a chiffon, but a nice dessert to finish off a group lunch (we shared amongst 6 of us, and it was PERFECT.

Imagine sitting out on a country porch looking down at a wonderful jungle directly beside then below then dropping 1000 feet down to a tropical ocean, with a tropical sky. Then add good food and company.
