My wife and I agree...5 stars for this Redding, CA gem...friendly, attentive staff, bustling place but still OK for conversation. Tortilla's appear to be hand-crafted, but in any case are tasty. Beans, rice, and main entree's are exceptional...and I couldn't get my ice-tea glass empty before it was refilled. BK & JK Scholls, Oregon

From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave, the staff is great. They are personable, and get your food to you quickly. I consider them a return visit

The best Mex for the price! Fast, polite service. I eat here all the time and rarely had a problem - just once I found a small rock in my beans. But I'm a cook, and this is not uncommon (almost all beans have rocks, its why you clean them so much before cooking them). Thats been it.

Besides it is the best !!! it is awesome to have the owners be so involved. Try it u will love it. It is inexpensive and ,really good ,really fresh ,really fast.

What great service

It's rare you find a restaurant where the owner will get involved and even serve tables. Armondo & Ben & their crew have been nothing but the best when it comes to service. Their food is spectacular and every Cinco de Mayo they have a live Mariachi Band. What great times I've spent there! Great for the family or just a couple.
