i moved here from the Bay Area where we had some great Chinese food. I ate here a few times, and unfortunately for me, I will not go back. Yes, I know taste is subjective. The Hot and Sour soup, and the egg flour soup were excellent. The Kung Pao chicken tasted like fish (why?). Each time I ordered the sweet and sour pork. Each time I got a soggy mess of burnt tasting, lumps of fat. The pork fried rice was fair, but dry. Some like it that way, I don't. I am not a food snob, and I know every place cooks different. This just wasn't for me.
