33rd Street Bistro

Description

33rd Street Bistro is an upscale eatery which is usually packed with locals. The trendy diner decor and menu created by Chef Fred Haines have turned brunch into an especially popular event. The spinach salad with citrus shallot dressing comes highly recommended. Try the roast chicken sandwich on focaccia bread for a quick lunch. For dessert, the Bistro's chocolate martini offers a unique alternative to ice cream. Fruit-packed berry pancakes highlight the daily breakfast menu.

Server eating while serving without washing hands. Take a break or eat. DO NOT DO BOTH!!!!! Ordered the paella. Do not order the PAELLA! Shrimp tasted like they were dirt. They were obviously farmed and from the Gulf of Mexico. Rice was mushy. ZERO flavor bar loads of salt. I have been there many times but today put the kobash on EVER going in again. GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not bad, but nothing to rave about either.

The food is Nouveau California Experimental, We tried 12 different items from the dinner menu, only one was reasonably tasty, that's a burger, the rest from soup to pizza, and crab cakes, even the salads were at most fair. Service was alright they offered to change our orders with any other items on the menu, however the result was more bad food. The decor is pleasant indoor and outdoors, elegant but casual. Too expensive.----- Not Recommended.

I don't live locally to this place, but a friend turned me onto it around 5 years ago. Anytime I am driving thru on 80, I stop here for their fantastic panini sandwiches.

The food was decent, but what really left me with a bad taste was the service. Not only was it impossible to get refills on water or coffee, but our food took forever to come out and I have a feeling it was because she forgot to put it in. I also would like to warn everyone... don't ask for a side of bleu cheese dressing because they will charge you $3 (and not tell you).

This is a great late night eatery. Anywhere from a delightful salad to delicious kobe steak bits, 33rd Street Bistro is great. Must try the chocolate panini with strawberries for dessert. Amazing! Hope you enjoy...

Consistently good food and a lively atmosphere. The salad's and panini's are exceptional. Affordable wine list. If possible, sit outside on their patio.

If you are a fan of panini sandwiches, you won't find any better at this charming, neighborhood bistro. They are just a part of the interesting menu that leans to flavors of the the great northwest.....fresh as can be. The Haines brothers produce some of the tastiest selections at moderate prices in their lineup of restaurants.
