If you're looking for great vegetarian food, this is the place, but definitely get it To-Go. The service is awful!! I went in for a nice meal on a Sunday evening and I couldn't get out of the place for 2 hours! The restaurant was extremely hot and there were flies buzzing around. The service staff are extremely slow, inattentive and don't know how to prioritize. When there are people sitting done with their food for 20 minutes and the wait staff continues to bus tables instead of tend to the patrons, there is a major problem. I will never go there again, but I will get take out when I'm in the neighborhood.
This restaurant is amazing! I used to eat there before it went vegetarian, and I still ate there after it went veggie. The food is delicious and the Nirvana Lemon Salad is a must try. Everybody I take there (meat eaters) loves the food. Service can be slow, but all the food is cooked fresh so it's worth the wait!
Don't listen to any of the bad reviews. This place is quite excellent. My cousin, who is a big meat eater, loves to go to this place. Most people that are disgruntled about this place (as is overheard in there from time to time) are usually your typical obnoxious people in mom or dad jeans and fanny sacks to whom KFC is probably a romantic dinner. If this is your type of crowd, you won't like this restaurant. If not, this restaurant is quite good.
Good food, and it fills to capacity so go early. My boys like this restaurant, and we have been eating there before it went all vegetarian. A friend took me there years ago, and my family likes to eat there when we go to Sacramento.
This Vietnamese restaurant serves vegetarian food-exclusively. No meat, no seafood. There is an imitation meat dish (made of tofu) which will fool the most picky carnivore. You should try it and all the dishes. The best deal is the plate meals. A full variety of food, good portions and tasty for reasonable cost.
The charm and romance of old Spain jump out to greet patrons of this fine eatery. Simple burlap covers the
tables surrounded by wall mural paintings. The bar lit by flickering candlelight offers a great place to wait for ...
Twice chosen "Best Overall" by readers of Sacramento Magazine, this is truly an elegant dining experience. The building is a
restored 1850s fire station. Inside, it is a mansion with vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, a fireplace and fresh flowers ...
