Melting Pot Restaurant, Sacramento

Had a great time. The place is very clean. Employees seem to be good at their job. Very comfortable and cozy environment. Even though they are the caliber resturuant that they are, I still believe they are over priced a bit.

i took my gf there for her b-day and it was ok, we had like the 3 course thing and i the steak, looked funky lol desserts were really good, cheese fondu and chocolate fondu is great, the main course was dissapointment, 3 course for 2 people plus a beer and a martini 127$ very very pricy! but friendly service

My girlfriend and I had our second anniversary there. Let me tell you, she could not have picked a better place. The decor was phenomenal, and the service was very impressive. The bill was a bit pricey, but very well worth every penny. Our servers name was "Tank". The man knew everything about the restaurant and was very attentive to serving us.Probably one of the better waiters that I have ever come across...and I have come across some really talented one's. Now, everytime I go there I always ask for him. This is one of the best restaurants in town due to the service, atmosphere, decore, and great food. If you go there ask for Tank, because you will have a great experience with his service. ...for those of you who complain about the prices..."quit being cheapskates and learn to live a little.

This place is way,way overpriced, but I guess someone has to pay for the trendy decor. Too bad it's us. The food was fine, the portions ridiculously small for the exorbitant price. Great staff, almost made me forget the paycheck I was putting out for dinner. Dessert was very good, though a little pricey. Wine list would require a second mortgage. Very much a chick joint. Seriously, I had a good time, but did I mention it's expensive?

You'll most likely have to park in the parking garage, but it's right next to the restaurant so its not a big deal. We had a party of 5 and we had trouble deciding on what to order, but our waiter was very friendly and helpful on helping us decide. We ended up ordering the set dinners because it gave us a chance to try a bit of everything. The dessert was the best part of the night, we had the ying & yang. The service was the best I ever had, it was a fantastic experience. A great place to take a date or a small group of friends between 4-6 ppl. Our bill came out to be around $300 including tip. It's a pricey place but definitely worth a try.

Went there for a friends bday dinner... very new experience for me. never had to cook my own food at a restaurant before but it turned out to be a fun experience.. very good nacho cheese melting dip and also chocolate dip for pieces of apples,rice cripie-treats, chips, and other food to dip with... good place to eat... its close to the some clubs too...

Pretty pricey for what you get, but it's more about the experience. So much fun for all occasions. If you are going to go for the "Big Night Out" option, you might want to pace yourself because it is a TON of food. For the whole experience it would be best to just go for an entree and dessert! Delicious!

The 'lovers lane' on the left has small quarter tables. Very intimate and a fabulous atmosphere. The fondue provides a novel dining experience.

What a waste of money.
