I have eaten in this restaurant several times and have enjoyed the food and service very much.
Yesterday evening, a small group went for dinner and I ordered the pork carnitas and asked that I not have cilantro.
I should have been told that everything would come very dry and unseasoned if I requested no cilantro.
It was a meal I would NEVER order again. Otherwise, I would give it four and a half stars.
I had the pleasure of eating here twice while I was in town. Great food and service. Prices are very fair for the amount of food you get. Loved the salt and pepper shakers, I should have bought them!!! When I visit Rancho Cordova again, I will definitely eat there. I give them 5 stars!!!!!*****
I have eaten here many times and have to tell you- this is NOT a bistro. It serves up food like you would make at home. From burgers to meatloaf to salads. All the comforts of home...comfort food. How about eggs and biscuits with gravy (made with real (REAL) sausage) for breakfast? Just about any dinner grandma ever made you is here, and it tastes just as good. They have many desserts....but no one has room. We usually end up taking that home for the 9PM munchies during a movie. Good ambience, service and food. Thumbs up!
