Pretty, Pricey, and Inconsistent
I love the idea of PF Chang's: serve modernized Asian food a-la-carte, paired with a full American-style bar, and present everything with a modern but comfortable Asian-influenced style. The problem is that the vision is realized inconsistently. What a shame...
Parking is almost always a challenge. Getting a table is usually a challenge, too; try calling ahead to add your name to the list in advance of your arrival. Avoid sitting outside - the noise, and the aroma from the dumpsters would make you regret the adventure. If you're in a hurry, consider grabbing a pub table at the bar, too. There's still lot's a buzz about the lettuce wraps - and they're worth it! (Try 'em at least once.) The other Asian dishes are far less consistent. Try ordering the same noodle dish on different days, and prepare to be amazed at the differences. The architecture and interior design, though, are always a treat. Walk around the restaurant and check out the details, including the restrooms. Pretty heady stuff for little Roseville... The bar, though, is THE spot. You'll find a nice wine list, a worthy variety of beers, and an awesome array of martini concoctions. Since the bar is arranged into a circle, it is a great place to see and be seen!
