I am longtime Dos fan. I ve been to many locations and only order the Navajo Nachos Steak. I am surprised by the variance in portions and quality by location. The Roseville location since Borders next door went out of business has really lowered their portion sizes and freshness. They are not as busy as they used to be naturally. As a former restaurant manager, I see that they are having a food cost problem but they are ripping the public off. I was there just 3 days ago, ordered my usual nacho plate and it had only 7 pieces of steak on it and the plate was only about 60% filled with chips. Not much else as far as toppings i.e. beans, cheese. I can say the Folsom location is always packed, have consistent portions and quality. It is sad how Roseville Dos has let itself go.
This restaurant is amazing! Everything tastes so good, and fresh. The workers are always the sweetest and the place is styled nicely. very cute! I also love how it's right next to Borders so when you are done with your meal you can walk right next door to read a book and sip a coffee drink. I go to Dos every week.. sometimes even 2 times a week! Haha
Pretty good Mexican food for the price. I had the Colorado Burrito and was impressed. The interior is well decorated and a good easy atmosphere. Personally, I think the tortilla chips are too think that that might just be me. My wife likes that they were very fresh. They have some outdoor seating when its warmer. Pretty standard menu and you can check it out online.
