BAD SERVICE... 1 WAITER COVERING 10+ TABLES... TOOK FOREVER TO ORDER. FOOD IS NOTHING SPECIAL. YOU CAN'T FIND THE WAITER EXCEPT WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO LEAVE, HE WILL BE ALL OVER YOUR TABLE TO GET HIS TIPS... SORRY BUDDY... NO TIPS FOR YOU!

The food is horrible, just like the service!!! In order to enjoy the whole experience of dining out you must have good service. From the moment we walked in the restaurant we recieved a horrible greeting. The server who brought our food just threw it on the table like he was serving animals. We were peaceful and tried to enjoy our meal, but how it that possible when you have people treating you like you don't belong in their restaurant? If you like Chinese Bistro please dine at PF Chnag's, the food is a lot better and their serivce is too...

The honey walnut prawns are to die for! I suggest going in a group and sharing all of the different dishes to try all of them! YUMMY

My husband and I have been coming to Fat's since it opened. The food is always great, the service awesome. We usually sit at the bar and eat and drink. We have never had a bad experience there and would highly recommend all the Fat's restaurants. The best Asian food around!!!!!

I've tried Fat's Bistro here in Folsom and in Roseville. Both are overpriced, and everything is a-la-carte. Portions are small for what they are charging. Wait staff is very young, inexperienced, and not knowledgeable of menu items. I've tried Folsom's site for dinner and lunch with the same results. Clientele seems young and affluent, with kids in tow. However, having money doesn't necessarily mean having any taste. Donald Beech

I loved the menu, the food, the quality ingredients, and the staff. Its a little pricey but there is plenty of food. I recommend the soup and the Dim Sum platter.

we ordered some dim sum for the potluck. I wasn't crazy about it. The food is overprice and the shrimp dumplings weren't fully cooked. I wouldn't recommend it.

Fats is great, excellant service, clean, great selection of interesting foods. a very well stocked bar, many good Vodka's to choose from, I go as often as I can, and I would highly recomend this place.
