On the Border Mexican Grill, Roseville

I enjoy this restaurant better than any other Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is average. Not bad, not great. I find the just okay. The service I have received has always been very good. The mistakes made have never been catastrophi c. I find it a comfortable atmosphere for dinner, or lunch. All in all this blend makes this a place my companion and I go frequently.

The food isnt anything fantastic or anything. But they have a pretty good lunch menu. i got the quesadilla and soup combo. NOt terrible but average. I really enjoy the soup. Service was great though. La Fiesta Mexican restaurant is my favorite for Mexican food so far

I have been to this restaurant many times and each time the food is good. However, the last time I was there, they charged me twice for the bill. I was not happy. Also, my mommy was in there and they once dropped a bunch of trays on her head. They didn't even give her a free meal! Instead, they gave her two 10% off discount cards that could be used during her NEXT visit! What a crock!

Upon entering we were were greeted by a rather obnoxious young lady who refused to set us at an open table we wanted. Instead, we were ushered to a table near the chip serving area where the waitress/waiters dropped chips on the floor all meal long and continued to walk on them making a big mess. Ambience..not! The food was a notch above Taco Bell.

Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a hostess that obviously did not want to be there. Our waitress was much more enthusiastic and was prompt on drink refills. I will give this place a positive review on the chips and salsa. The chips were VERY FRESH and salsa was pretty good. However, my meal (chicken burrito) was not good at all. The filling was very bland and the sauce on top tasted like mayonnaise mixed with cheese. Rice tasted like Rice a Roni and the beans were okay, but smoky flavored. I won't return to this chain. Their food just doesn't suit me.
