Husband ordered a sandwich and specifically asked for no dill sauce. Sandwich came smothered in sauce waitress returned to cook/manager who proceeded to wipe off the sauce and re-send the same fish! The fish still had chunks of dill on it! When spoke to manager/cook he said we should have told him we were allergic! Really we ordered it with no sauce didn't know we need to give medical history prior to eating at a restaurant! Used to frequent here a lot now no longer!! Terrible service, especially coming from a manager! Manager NEVER apologized and made it out to be my husbands fault that he is a allergic. Do yourself a favor, save some money and DON'T eat here!
Went to Fins in Fair Oaks, fish was old, kitchen was really slow, restaurant was empty at lunch time, should have been a clue! Hubby had shrimp, it was way over cooked, couldn't even eat it. We will never go back, looks like others feel the same.
