I remember when every item on the TB menu was .19 and you could buy everything on the menu for under buck. Ok we're not in those days any more. But the service at this TB is APPALLING. They consistently get our order wrong 9 out of ten times at the drive-up window. And the one time they do get it right is when I've order ONE ITEM. The management doesn't even care when you complain they just think that if they throw more food at you thinking that will placate you. OK, I admit it, this food is no better than floor scraps but my teenagers like it and occasionally I acquiesce. But no more. After the last time of getting our order wrong and seeing total confusion coming out of that kitchen, I am boycotting TB all together. The franchisor really needs to rethink their management qualifications and management needs to rethink their training practices. As America's dining dollars continue to dwindle, restaurants need to provide better service and quality than their competitors or more of them will be closing down.
