There is a new chef and menu featuring local organic ingredients. My party dined on duck, steak and halibut cheeks. They were all outstanding with a special nod going to the duck, which made me a duck lover. (I already love steaks and halibut). The wood fire oven pizza as an app. was very yummy. Home made fig pie desert was gobbled up without a crumb left. The ambiance is warm and romantic also. Candles, easy music, robust colors and tones without pomp, or circumstance will delight you. The owner is a genuine, knowledgeable food and produce lover and will tell you all about local items should you wish to know. This secret needs to be let out for all to enjoy. The Healdsburg local charm is done one more favorable nod in Manzanita.
