Slice of Life first opened in 1974 inside the Cotati nightspot The Inn of the Beginning. During the next six years, we developed a reputation for excellence throughout the county. Now, over 30 years later, Slice of Life has been recreated. At Slice of Life, we strive to meet the demands and needs of a changing society for nutritious and flavorful vegetarian and vegan alternatives to your favorite foods. We have created a menu that uses no animal products (except dairy cheeses) and offers fat-free, low-fat, dairy-free and lactose-free choices.
