I Love Pizza is a relic of the past....The new replacement restaurant The Prospector is a completely different concept in America for dining. No waiters No Service! except the service of providing high quality food for a reasonable cost. If you are foodie then this is the place for you. If you are a pretentious snob who demands to be waited on and thinks the customer is always right you might pass on this place to impose your wants & wishes elsewhere. If you are wanting a pizza parlor they are a dime a dozen so check the Yellow pages. We had fantastic food and wine here. A great place to meet people with open minds. Very relaxed in a SLO food style. Not really set up for large parties; however, the owner seems very flexible with pre-arranged group situations. We booked a party for ten and were accomodated wonderfully with advance notice; however, were not able to walkin with our group. Best pizza we've found anywhere.
